- Maintenance. Emergency requests and routine maintenance are often handled in house at a fraction of the cost, saving you from excessive repair costs. For larger projects, we talk about pricing and scope before we start the work.
- Accountability. Damage is documented, charged to the tenant, and deducted from their deposit. Damages that exceed the deposit are aggressively pursued through collections.
